This is how you can pay

You have the choice of how you would like to pay for your purchase with us. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation of receipt with an order number by email. We will then process your order and send you another email in which you will receive the shipping confirmation including the tracking number and your invoice.

PayPal

PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent again over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. The payment will be deducted from your account either from the credit card on file or by direct debit. You pay with two clicks. Because you access the bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of re-entering them with every purchase. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also place the order without a PayPal account.

PayPal purchase on account. With PayPal's "Purchase on Invoice" you can also purchase on account without any additional fees. You don't need a PayPal account and you can transfer the total amount to PayPal's bank account within 28 days. You can have your order delivered to a different delivery address within Germany or to a DHL Packstation. Important: PayPal carries out a risk assessment after selecting purchase on account. This may involve obtaining credit information from various credit agencies. There are no additional costs for you. As a seller, we remain a contractual partner with you, the buyer. The claim against the buyer is assigned to PayPal.


Credit card

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped. Even if you choose the credit card payment method, we remain responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. about goods, delivery times, shipping, returns, complaints, declarations of cancellation and returns or credit notes.


Klarna

Klarna invoice. Only pay for what you like. First look at your order and then decide what you want to keep. During the ordering process, select “Invoice with Klarna” as your payment method. Look forward to your order and check the goods. Klarna will send you the invoice. Pay within 30 days - it's even more convenient and with just one click with the Klarna app . The payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. Klarna installment purchase. Short on cash? Pay for your orders in chunks. You either decide for yourself how much you want to pay each month, or you use fixed monthly installments. If you want, Klarna will collect all your orders in one monthly invoice. In the Klarna app you can also pay the monthly rate with 1 click. With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Klarna instant transfer. Pay immediately when you complete your order. No credit card number, no passwords, no worries. During the ordering process, select “Pay immediately with Klarna” as your payment method. You will then be redirected to Sofort GmbH’s securely encrypted payment form. Here you select your bank and log in with your usual online banking details. At the end you approve the transfer with a TAN. You can optionally have a transaction confirmation sent to you. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

Other payment options:

  • Payment with credit card. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
  • Cash on pickup. If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
  • Payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Invoice and VAT

When will I receive my invoice? You will receive a shipping confirmation by email on the same day your order is shipped. Here you will find a link labeled “Download invoice”. The invoice will then be downloaded directly to your device as a PDF.

On the invoice you will find all relevant information about your order, such as the purchase date. The statutory VAT of 19% is also shown separately.

We do not send a paper invoice, nor is one included in the package. In this way, like many other companies, we are making our contribution to preserving the environment.

What can I do if I haven't received an invoice? If you haven't received an invoice, your email provider may have incorrectly classified us as "spam" - so please check your spam folder. Maybe your bill is hidden there. If you still can't find the invoice, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What VAT rate applies to orders? The statutory VAT of 19% within Germany applies to purchases. VAT will be shown separately on your invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds

I have not received any confirmation of receipt. You must ensure that the email address you provide is correct so that you can safely receive our receipt and shipping confirmation. You must also ensure that when you use spam filters, any emails we send can be delivered to you properly.

Why is my payment method not accepted or why was my order canceled? This can have various reasons. Either the product you ordered is no longer available and we will no longer be supplied by the manufacturer, or your payment has been declined. The most common sources of errors include incorrect entries for places of residence, telephone numbers or email addresses. Please check your entries and try to execute the order again or select another payment method. Among other things, orders will be automatically canceled if our system detects attempted fraud.

I paid with Klarna. Who should I contact if I have any questions? If you have chosen one of Klarna's payment methods and have questions about your payment, please contact Klarna at klarna.de/kundendienst .

I have returned my order. When will I receive my refund? We will issue the refund as soon as we receive your return. You will receive the refund to the original payment method you ordered with. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for you to receive your refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be made to the card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of your return. You can also contact your bank to find out when the amount will be credited to your account. If you have not received a refund within the above deadline, please contact our customer service.
