What can I do if there is a problem with my product or I discover a defect? The warranty includes the free elimination of material and manufacturing defects. This excludes the battery, bracelet and glass. Damage caused by improper use, third-party intervention, improper battery replacement and external influences such as falls, impacts, breakages, water (except for waterproof watches) will void the warranty claim. Dirt on the product does not constitute a warranty claim.
The following applies to watches that are shipped with leather straps: After receiving the goods, please check carefully whether you are satisfied with the condition or leather structure of your product. This is not a reason for a warranty claim afterwards!
If you believe that your product has a defect, please contact our customer service . In the event of a warranty claim, we need the purchase receipt or invoice. We will then try to find a solution together with you.
What do I do if my order is delivered damaged or defective? If a product from an order received is delivered damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. If possible, take photos of the damage and include the images in your email.
