If you don't like a product, you can of course return or exchange it within 14 days. The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer, i.e. you. Please understand that we are a small company and therefore cannot offer free returns. You are not tied to any shipping service provider when returning and are free to choose.

1. Let us know in advance whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Please use our contact form in advance and provide your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return. Alternatively, you can also use the cancellation form or inform us by email at info@krahl-shop.de .

2. Create your DHL shipping label and prepare your return for shipping.

After you have informed us of your decision, you can begin the return process. If you would like to send your return with DHL, you can create a DHL shipping label using this link and pay straight away - it's easy and convenient:

Please make sure that your return is complete and that the original packaging including the price label is returned undamaged - if possible. The products should be in an undamaged condition and must not show any signs of use.

Would you like to return a smartwatch? You are generally responsible for backing up your data. Make sure that you have created appropriate backup copies (e.g. in the event of an exchange) and delete all personal data on the smartwatch. If deletion is not possible due to a defect, please contact our customer service and inform us of the existence of personal data.

3. We will review your return and issue an exchange or refund for your order.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. You will receive the refund to the original payment method you ordered with. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for you to receive your refund.

If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of your return. You can also contact your bank to find out when the amount will be credited to your account.
